During the weekend of the Covered Bridge Festival, September 21 at 1PM, we are celebrating Monongahela's rich history with a tea devoted to our historic city. Come and learn about the Whiskey Rebellion, the Adena Indians, the famous American inventor Edward Acheson, the Covered Bridges and much, much more!! Along with a short historic reading, we will also play a fun game with prizes! While you are here, it is only a quick ride to Mingo Park to enjoy the sights and sounds of The Covered Bridge Festival.
